Detailed introduction:

Aluminum die-casting die is a tool for casting metal parts, a tool for completing die-casting process on a special die-casting die forging machine. The basic process of die casting is: the liquid metal is first cast at low speed or high speed and filled into the cavity of the mold. The mold has a moving cavity surface. It is pressurized and forged with the cooling process of the liquid metal, which not only eliminates the shrinkage defects of the blank, but also makes the internal structure of the blank reach the broken grains in the forging state. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the blanks have been significantly improved.

Die casting materials, die-casting machines and molds are the three major elements of die-casting production. The so-called die-casting process is the process of organically and comprehensively applying these three elements to enable stable, rhythmic and efficient production of qualified castings, or even high-quality castings, with good appearance, internal quality, and dimensions conforming to the requirements of the drawings or agreements

The control of die casting die surface temperature is very important for the production of high-quality die castings. Uneven or improper die casting mold temperature will also cause dimensional instability of castings, deformation of ejected castings during production, and defects such as thermal pressure, die sticking, surface depression, internal shrinkage cavity and hot bubble. When the die temperature difference is large, the variables in the production cycle, such as filling time, cooling time and spraying time, will be affected to varying degrees.

Cause: The temperature at the front end of the molten soup is too low, and there are traces when overlapping

Improvement method:

1. Check whether the wall thickness is too thin (design or manufacture), and the thinner area should be filled directly

2. Check whether the shape is difficult to fill; If the distance is too far, the closed area (such as fin, bulge), blocked area, and fillet is too small, it is difficult to fill. Pay attention to whether there are ribs or cold spots
