1. Operation reason

When the injection molding machine is in the process of injection molding, the cavity pressure will be insufficient, and it is difficult for the plastic to fill the entire cavity, leading to the shortage of parts; A short injection time will also cause the plastic to fail to fill the cavity, and will also cause the plastic to fail to fill the cavity, resulting in material shortage; If the mold temperature is low and the plastic solidifies too fast, it will also cause the plastic to fail to fill the cavity, resulting in material shortage.

2. Equipment reason

The equipment reason leading to the shortage of plastic parts is mainly the nozzle, which is generally blocked. The general method is to solve the problem with reasonable nozzle; The leakage of glue from the nozzle will also lead to material shortage, and this kind of failure generally requires replacement of the nozzle.

3. Mold reason

Generally, the internal exhaust of the mold is not smooth, and the air accumulated in the mold cavity cannot be discharged, which will result in insufficient plastic filling, leading to material shortage. The measures taken are to reduce the filling speed of the plastic or increase the corresponding exhaust holes on the mold.
