Injection mold processing First, the plastic is added to the mold, and then the mold is continuously twisted along two vertical axes and heated. Under the influence of gravity and heat energy, the plastic in the mold is gradually evenly coated, fused and adhered to all surfaces of the mold cavity, molded into the necessary shape, and cooled and shaped. Compared with the traditional blow molding and injection molding processes, the rotational molding process has the following advantages:
1. Cost advantage: In the rotational molding process, only the strength of the rack is required to support the weight of materials, molds and the rack itself, so as to avoid the disclosed mold closing force of materials; Besides the natural gravity, the materials are almost free from any external force during the whole forming process, so they have the advantages of convenient machining, short cycle and low cost.
2. Moral advantages. The products of rotational molding process are adjacent to the whole production process. Because there is no internal stress, the product morality and layout are more stable.
3. Flexible and changeable advantages. The machine mould of the rotational molding process is easy to make and cheap, so it is particularly suitable for the delivery of many kinds and small batches in the development of new products.
4. Personalized program advantages. The products in the rotational molding process are easy to change the color, and can be hollow (seamless without welding). The consequences of stripes, wood, stone and metal can be achieved in the product surface treatment, satisfying the personalized needs of consumers in modern society.
The products produced by this process include: oil tank, water tank, mechanical shell, mudguard, etc. The important substitutes are metal parts and finished FRP products.
