The amount of glue used in the design mold is less than that of the injection molding machine. Otherwise, the product is not full and cannot be produced.

Clamping force? When the mold is closed, it is the press pressure of the injection molding machine on the template. The clamping force required for the molded part to be molded must be less than the rated clamping force of the selected injection molding machine. Tie rod spacing? There are four tie rods and movable dead corners of the template in the injection molding machine. Their role is to ensure that the injection molding machine has sufficient strength and stiffness, and is responsible for the sliding of the template. However, since the mold is installed from the middle of the pull rod, the size of the mold is often limited. The die size cannot be greater than its pull rod spacing at the same time. If the length of the mold exceeds the distance between the rods, check whether the mold is lifted into the rod workshop by rotation. If rotation is not possible, only the mold size can be changed.
