1. ABS: high fluidity, low cost, suitable for parts with low strength requirements (parts that are not directly impacted and do not bear structural durability in reliability test), such as internal support frame (key plate support, LCD support), etc. It is also commonly used on electroplated parts (such as buttons, side keys, navigation keys, electroplated decorative parts, etc.). At present, Qimei PA-757, PA-777D, etc. are commonly used.
2. PC+ABS: good liquidity, good strength and moderate price. It is suitable for making parts with high rigidity and high impact toughness, such as frames, shells, etc. Common material code: Bayer T85, T65.
3. PC: High strength, expensive price, poor liquidity. It is suitable for shells, keys, transmission frames, lenses, etc. with high strength requirements. Common material codes include: Teijin L1250Y, PC2405, PC2605.
4. POM has high rigidity and hardness, excellent fatigue resistance and wear resistance, small creep and water absorption, good dimensional stability and chemical stability, good insulation, etc. It is commonly used for pulleys, transmission gears, worm gears, worms, transmission parts, etc. The common material code is M90-44.
5. PA is tough and absorbent, but it will become fragile when the water is completely volatilized. Commonly used for gears, pulleys, etc. For key gears with large impact force, fillers shall be added. The material code is CM3003G-30.
6. PMMA has excellent light transmittance. After 240 hours of light accelerated aging, it can still pass through 92% of the sunlight. It still has 89% outdoor for ten years, and the ultraviolet ray reaches 78.5%. It has high mechanical strength, certain cold resistance, corrosion resistance, good insulation performance, stable size, easy molding, and brittle quality. It is commonly used for transparent structural parts with certain strength requirements, such as lenses, remote control windows, light guides, etc. Common material code: Mitsubishi VH001.
